CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES AT
CANYON CREEK CHURCH      

Teaching children that God loves them and desires to have a relationship with them is an essential mission of CanyonCreek Church. Our goal is to help every child become a faithful follower of Christ who relies on a deep relationship with Jesus as Lord and Savior, and who has a heart to share that relationship with others.

Canyon Creek offers a variety of programs for kids from birth through 5th grade to help achieve these goals. If you would like to be involved in any of these programs contact Children’s Ministry Director Terri Yeh at (925) 498-9805.

Nursery
The Canyon Creek Nursery cares for infants and toddlers up to 36 months old during Sunday services, Family Night and other special events as announced. The Nursery is located adjacent to the Worship Center. On Sunday mornings, a Lobby Host will be happy to direct you and introduce you to the staff. If you have any questions about our nursery, please contact Nursery Coordinatory Julie Nielsen.

Discoveryland Sunday School
Classes are available during the Sunday morning service for Pre-School (3 years old) through 5th grade.

Family Night
Thursday nights during the school year are Family Nights at Canyon Creek, with dinner, children ’s programs, nursery care and an adult Bible study, all offered right at the church.

Wild Night
A special program for 4th and 5th graders twice a month on Friday nights.

Children's Choir
Our children's choir, Joyful Noise, meets on Wednesday afternoons and is open to students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Special Events
We offer special eventsfor children throughout the year, including Vacation Bible School in the summer, Junior Getaway in the spring and a Christmas season musical performance staged by all the students of Discoveryland and the children's choir.
